Obtained the Secrets of Gorgrond at level 22.
Completed Talador quest line at 25. Blueprints opened up on Sparz Boltwist in the garrison but Comprehensive Outpost Construction Guide could not be traded in to Kinkade Jacobs in Ashran yet. Update: Even the quest about the guide books from Baros Alexston did not open Kinkade Jacobs up for this turn in. Update 2: Reaching level 30 still did not open this up. Update 3: Completing the Spires of Arak quest line did not open this up. Update 4: Reaching level 35 did not open this up.
Picked up News from Spires of Arak at level 28 from Vindicator Icia in Fort Wrynn (Talador) but the follow-up quest (Arakkoa Exodus) from Brodrick Grey in the garrison was greyed out. This quest became available at level 30.
Picked up News from Nagrand at level 31 from Shadow-Sage Iskar in Veil Terokk (Spires of Arak) but the follow-up quest Taking the Fight to Nagrand from Brodrick Grey in the garrison was greyed out. This quest became available at level 35.
